Mexico

We just returned from our annual family vacation in Mexico. It was a much needed vacation with tons of relaxation, and lots of fun on the beach. The kids... including Audrey... had a blast playing in the sand and the water. I think Alyssa had the time of her life! She did not want to leave, almost as bad as me! I swear I could stay there forever. My parents have a friend who owns a HUGE beach house in La Mission, 30 miles north of Ensenada (close to Rosarito), and they let us stay there for a great price. The beach is private, so there are not many people there, which makes it very easy for everyone to enjoy. It's not so stressful and crowded. We made friends with some people down the beach from us who owned Kayaks. They let us use them for a couple days and I took my first shot at kayaking in the ocean. Let me tell you... it was a BLAST! It was such a rush, and so much fun going up against the wave. Way better than any roller coaster ride... plus you get a work out! I can't wait to go back next year!!!
